Saint John of God Hospital Services has engaged the services of Gordon Rose on a number of occasions, in order to provide training to our staff members, concerning health and safety issues. Gordon has provided training to staff employed at a variety of levels across the Charity. Gordon has proved himself to be an empathetic and supportive trainer, who is able to adapt his approach to suit the skills and abilities of the group he is working with. Gordon is a skilled communicator. He is able to communicate his extensive health and safety knowledge, in a format appropriate to the knowledge level of the staff member. Gordon’s courses are always well organised and interesting and he is able to blend a variety of medium to good effect (PowerPoint presentation, handouts, DVD’s, group work etc). Health and safety is a specialised area and some of the qualifications are therefore challenging. Gordon has always proved himself willing to support staff to attain the qualification level, providing additional support, where necessary. Gordon has always provided such support in a diplomatic way. We have work with Gordon Rose on a number of occasions and look forward to this relationship continuing in the future.
